            The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

Eng. S. B. 235 - “A BILL to amend and reenact §17A-10-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring that the registration fee and any other fees required by this chapter for motorcycles and parking enforcement vehicles shall be for at least one year.”.
